Services for the Alzheimer's, Dementia and
Fragile Seniors

Senior Citizens, Inc. offers the only Adult Day Care Centers in Chatham and Liberty that provide a safe haven for Alzheimer's and fragile seniors. The programs are overseen by a registered nurse and medication assistance is offered working with your loved one's physician. Two nutritious meals, snacks and meaningful activities are all a part of a normal day. The locations of the Centers are:

Family Caregiver Support Groups

Are you stressed out, feeling down, and anxious? Are you feeling guilty or sad?

Do you need someone to hear you? Do you need someone to understand?

We want you to know that we are here and we understand. Please join us and gain tools to help you become a stronger caregiver and share, listen, and connect with other caregivers who truly understand your feelings and struggles.

You are not alone. Join us for a meeting:


Wilmington Island Methodist Church (195 Wilmington Island Road) from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
on the second Monday of every month.
The next meeting is May 13.


Senior Citizens, Inc. (3025 Bull Street) from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
on the second Tuesday of every month.
